For 25 years, the Greater Boston Chamber has had the privilege of honoring some of our region's most esteemed members of the small business community at the Small Business of the Year Awards.
The Chamber is pleased to honor Diane Hessan, president & CEO of Communispace Corporation, as the "Entrepreneur of the Year" at the
2009 Small Business of the Year Awards.
Hessan has served as CEO of Communispace since its founding in 1999. Communispace is a marketing technology services firm that creates and runs private online customer communities. Over the past
10 years under Diane's leadership, the company has developed the first online communities that allow organizations to truly listen to the “voice of their customers.” As social media continues to grow as a business tool, Communispace offers the only social-networking model with a proven track record
of providing real business value and competitive advantage to businesses.
The Chamber will honor Diane Hessan for her leadership of Communispace at the
Small Business of the Year Awards on October 15.
