Strong, senior business leadership is critical to Greater Boston’s success as a world class region. To strengthen the region’s senior leadership, the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, has established the Executive Leadership Institute. The institute convenes a select group of senior executive business leaders from a diverse set of industries for high-level discourse, learning, and engagement.
The Executive Leadership Institute is a year-long program delivered in five parts. Each session will take place at either the MIT Sloan School of Management or the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Participants will have the opportunity to attend two half day sessions on important management and leadership topics presented by top MIT Sloan faculty. Participants will spend another half day at the Kennedy School of Government focusing on how to manage the strategic relationship and challenges of the public and private sector relationship. In addition, the Chamber will host unique events and networking opportunities throughout the year to ensure that participants have the opportunity to forge strong business relationships with their executive peers.
