Engagement in the Chamber’s leadership programs doesn’t end at the conclusion of the year. With more than 600 alumni of the Chamber Leadership Initiative, the Chamber is committed to building a foundation for ongoing career and personal growth. Alumni are invited to participate in exclusive forums and receptions throughout the year, as well as programs connecting them with current Chamber Leadership Initiative participants.
In 2010, the Chamber launched the Boston Future Leaders BFL Leadership Council, consisting of about 20 alumni from previous years. The new group will help guide the direction of programming, and serve as a sounding board for the Chamber as the organization looks to expand the scope of leadership programs in Greater Boston.
